Mr. Hatfield, my name is Tim and yesterday my wife Karen and I purchased a 2012 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon from your dealership. Maggie Prokos and Feras Maayah assisted us. We arrived at the dealership on Tuesday afternoon to look at vehicles and we were allowed to take one home overnight to test drive it after a lot of indecision on our part as to colors. We finally made our decision on the color combination on Wednesday and drove home on Thursday evening with our new Jeep, even after getting it delivered to Northwest from Lafayette, LA when Northwest didn't have exactly what we wanted in stock.
I expect that you may occasionally hear complaints in your position but I wanted to be sure that in our case you get some positive feedback. Maggie was very friendly, positive and most importantly she was attentive to our needs and promptly did everything to get the transaction completed in the smoothest manner possible. Feras was also excellent about giving us exactly what we wanted. When he couldn't find factory original black leather for our silver Rubicon, he suggested Katzkin leather which could be installed in the exact color and style that we wanted. He allayed my concerns about Katzkin quality by showing us another vehicle that happened to be on the lot which had the same leather package we were considering. Of course, the transaction pricing was good which is essential, but the way he handled that part of the transaction was much appreciated. There was no complaint or runaround about honoring my Tread Lightly discount (I encountered that at another dealer closer to home, which prompted me to come to Northwest in the first place). And he also gave us a fair price on my trade-in without a lot of negotiation. From start to finish it was the easiest, smoothest and fairest car purchase I have ever made, which I directly attribute to Maggie and Feras.
I will recommend my friends to Maggie and Feras with no reservations, and if the rest of your dealership is staffed with such customer service oriented employees, you truly have a remarkable operation.
